Dear Colleagues & Friends,
Artificial Intelligence has now entered its reach into every field of medical science and Radiography is not an exception. As Radio-Diagnosis as well as Radiotherapy are way ahead of medical science, now the question arises, whether AI may take over the art of Radiography and the scientific knowledge/expertise of a Radiographer.
The core theme of this conference is
AI is transforming radiography by improving image quality, speeding up diagnosis, lower radiation dose, benefiting patient safety. AI is a powerful tool that enhances the efficiency, accuracy and safety of Radiography. The future of Radiography is expected to involve close collaboration between AI systems and Radiographers.
Another thing worth mentioning here regarding NCAHP (National Commission for Allied & Healthcare Professions) is going to streamline every paramedic subject from maintaining its standards of education and services by Allied & Healthcare Professionals, assessment of institutions, maintenance of records, to improve access, research, development and adoption of latest scientific advancement.
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I welcome you all to participate in this 28th State Conference going to be held on 28th & 29th Nov. 2026 at Main Auditorium, AIIMS, Bhubaneswar.
We will have a great time at Bhubaneswar discussing achievements of our Association in the last two years, dreams and expectations of our members to be enlisted for further course of action in coming years. Expecting participation of our senior colleagues in scientific paper presentations, involvement of student radiographers in scientific sessions, trade presentations and a great celebration during these two days.
The Radiographers willing to present their souvenir article, papers and posters at the conference, must submit their abstracts before 30th September 2026 to [email protected]. Priority for presentation will be given on first come first basis.

Kataka Chandi Temple is one of the most revered temples in Kataka. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Chandi, the presiding deity of the city. It is especially famous for its grand celebrations during Durga Puja. The temple represents Kataka's deep spiritual and cultural traditions.

The museum displays boats, navigation equipment, shipbuilding traditions and maritime artefacts. It highlights Odisha's historic connections with the seas and distant lands.
